June 25, 2013 Dear Mr. President Benigno Aquino III, Have a great day Sir! I'm Stephanie May Obrero, I am a student of Ilocos Sur National High School, Vigan City. I am writing this to you Sir to share my thoughts about the projects and Laws or Bills that you had declared to our country. I am graceful to you Sir for how honorably you severed to our nation, and I am thankful to you Sir to your fearless to improve the economy in our country specially the projects,Laws that you proclaimed.
